Both plaintiff and defendant moved for summary judgment on the pleadings. The trial court denied defendants motion and granted plaintiff summary judgment and damages in the amount of $34,109.92. Defendants motion for reconsideration or in the alternative to reduce the damage award was denied by the trial court. Defendant appeals from the entry of these orders.
