Appellees sued the City of Dallas for injuries they sustained when a gorilla escaped its outdoor exhibit at the Dallas zoo and attacked them. The City filed a plea to the jurisdiction, arguing that governmental immunity barred appellees claims. The trial court denied the Citys plea to the jurisdiction. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
